4. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

  • You have the right to AeroGum® Airstick within 14 days after receipt to return, provided the product unopened and in the original state is in.
  • Returning opened products is not permitted for hygienic reasons. not possible.
  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact our customer service via support@aerogum.com and you will receive the return address.

5. Customs and Import Duties (International Shipping)

  • International orders may be subject to customs charges, import duties and taxes, which are charged by local authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the destination country.
