Definitions<\/h2>\n<p>In these General Terms and Conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"gt-block\"><strong>AeroGum\u00ae<\/strong>: brand of AEROV\u00c9 BV, 7557 AG, Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce 86746308.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"gt-block\"><strong>Webshop<\/strong>: the online sales environment on<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/aerogum.com\">www.aerogum.com<\/a><span>\u00a0<\/span>where AeroGum\u00ae products are offered.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"gt-block\"><strong>Products<\/strong>: all goods offered by AeroGum\u00ae, including the AeroGum\u00ae Airstick and interchangeable flavour cartridges.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"gt-block\"><strong>User \/ Customer<\/strong>: any natural or legal person who visits the Webshop or purchases products.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"gt-block\"><strong>Cartridges<\/strong>: Flavor cartridges offered by AeroGum\u00ae, filled with food-grade ingredients, 3rd party tested and REACH\/GPSR compliant.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"western\">2. Applicability<\/h2>\n<p>2.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>the use of the Webshop<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>all offers and sales of products via the Webshop<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>all legal relationships between AeroGum\u00ae and the customer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>2.2 By using the Webshop or purchasing a product, the customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n<p>2.3 Deviations from these General Terms and Conditions are only valid if confirmed in writing by AeroGum\u00ae.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"western\">3. Product information<\/h2>\n<p class=\"gt-block\">3.1 The AeroGum\u00ae Airstick is a non-electrical, passive device for<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>oral use<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>It contains no battery or heating element and produces no smoke, vapor or aerosols.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>The product is not a medical device and does not contain any active substances for absorption into the body.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"gt-block\">The cartridges contain<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>food-grade ingredients<\/strong>, independently tested for microorganisms and heavy metals.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"gt-block\">3.2 The customer acknowledges that the product is exclusively intended for<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>sensory, oral pleasure<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>and not for inhalation or consumption.<\/p>\n<p>3.3 Use of the product is at your own risk. AeroGum\u00ae is not liable for complaints or damage resulting from improper use, use contrary to the manual, or use by persons for whom the product is not suitable.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"western\">4. Age guideline<\/h2>\n<p class=\"gt-block\">4.1 Marketing of the products is aimed at persons of<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>16 years and older<\/strong>.<br \/>4.2 The use of the products is<span>\u00a0<\/span><strong>recommended for adults<\/strong><span>\u00a0<\/span>(18+).<br \/>4.3 Customers are responsible for assessing whether the product is suitable for their situation and are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"western\">5. Shipping conditions<\/h2>\n<p class=\"gt-block\">7.1 AeroGum\u00ae will make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but does not guarantee delivery times.<br \/>7.2 Delays due to carriers, customs or force majeure do not give rise to compensation.<br \/>7.3 For international orders, the customer is responsible for import duties, taxes and local regulations.<br \/>7.4 Risk of loss or damage during transport passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the carrier.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 class=\"western\">8. Productinformatie<\/h2>\n\n\\n\n\n<p>3.1 De AeroGum\u00ae AirStick is een niet-elektrisch, passief apparaat voor oraal gebruik.<br \/>\u2022 Het bevat geen batterij of verwarmingselement en produceert geen rook, damp of actieve aerosolen.<br \/>\u2022 Het product is geen medisch hulpmiddel en bevat geen actieve stoffen voor opname in het lichaam.<br \/>\u2022 De cartridges bevatten food-grade ingredi\u00ebnten, onafhankelijk getest op micro-organismen en zware metalen.<\/p>\n\n\\n\n\n<p>3.2 De klant erkent dat het product uitsluitend bedoeld is voor sensorisch, oraal genot en niet voor inhalatie of consumptie.<\/p>\n\n\\n\n\n<p>3.3 Gebruik van het product is op eigen risico. AeroGum\u00ae is niet aansprakelijk voor klachten of schade die voortkomen uit onjuist gebruik, in strijd met de handleiding of door gebruik door personen waarvoor het product niet geschikt is.<\/p>\n\n\\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n\\n\n\n<h2 class=\\\"western\\\">4.
